"臨床実習においてコミュニケーション能力の低下などによって、指導者から不適格とされる学生が増えている。そこで、作業療法士・言語聴覚士を目指す学生と実習指導経験者のコミュニケーション・スキルの違いを明らかにすることを目的とした。本学医療技術学科1・2 年生（学生群）と指導者（指導者群）を対象に、コミュニケーション・スキル尺度ENDCOREs（藤本・大坊、2007）を用いてコミュニケーション・スキルを測定した。得られたデータを全項目得点平均値、下位尺度毎の平均値、サブスキル毎の平均値の差について2 群間での比較を行った。さらにクラスタ分析によって得点パターンの分類を行い、学生・指導者と各クラスタの関係をχ2独立性の検定によって分析した。その結果、下位尺度毎の比較では他者受容のみが学生群において有意に高かった。また、得点パターンは3 つのクラスタに分類されたが、学生・指導者と各クラスタの関係に統計学的な差はなかったことから、両群のコミュニケーションの対象の違いが影響している可能性が考えられた。限定的な学生の対人関係において、自己のスキルについて振り返りや気づきがされにくいと考えられるため、自己のコミュニケーションについて振り返る機会を設けたり、社会と関わる機会を作ったりすることが必要であると考えられた。",
