| 内容記述 | 保健所及び市町村に所属する新任期保健師を対象に自記式質問紙により、地域診断の実施状況や地域診断実施にあたっての戸惑いや不安、課題を明らかにすることを目的に調査を実施した。その結果、地域診断を実施したと回答した者は79.1％であった。また地域診断の実施の有無と大学卒業保健師、地域診断はとても重要とした者に関連性が認められた（P＜0.05）。 新任期保健師は、地域診断は保健師活動の核となると位置づけ、とても重要であると認識していた。一方で多忙な中、地域診断実施のための時間確保、具体的な進め方や情報把握の方法などに戸惑いや不安を抱えていた。これらのことから新任期保健師が抱える地域診断に関する戸惑いや不安に丁寧に対応してくれる支援者が必要であることが示唆された。 Newly employed public heath nurses belonging to public health centers and municipalities were asked to fill out a questionnaire, the goal of which was to ascertain the confusion they felt, their anxieties, and other issues involved in carrying out community diagnosis tasks. 79.1% of the respondents answered that a community diagnosis project was being implemented. Moreover, the importance of the connection between the absence or presence of community diagnosis implementation and public health nurses with college degrees and those who play crucial roles in community diagnosis was found to be relevant (P <0.05). The newly employed public health nurses recognized the significance of community diagnosis as the core of a public health nurse’s activities. On the other hand, in the midst of their busy schedules, there was confusion and anxiety about how to secure the time, the concrete steps to be taken, and how to access and understand information necessary for community diagnosis. The results of the survey pointed out the need to provide support personnel who will thoughtfully and carefully respond to the uncertainties and anxieties regarding community diagnosis held by newly employed public health nurses． |
