年課程2 校において老年看護学実習を履修した学生を対象とし、受け持ち患者の「移乗・移動」について具体的に考えた援助方法や実施した援助方法について自由記述したレポート内容を分析した。\n結果：87名のレポート内容を分析した結果、83個の単文が抽出された。「安全に留意するための視点」での記述70個のうち、「初歩的段階（30.0%）」「発達途上の段階（48.6%）」、「熟達段階（8.6%）」、「模範的\n段階（12.9%）」であった。「残存機能に留意するための視点」での記述13個のうち「初歩的段階（38.5%）」、「発達途上の段階（23.1%）」、「熟達段階（38.5%）」で「模範的段階（ 0％）」だった。\n考察：「残存機能に留意するための視点」より「安全に留意するための視点」での記述が多く、「安全」と「残存機能」に留意するための視点双方の援助計画の内容は、「初歩的段階」と「発達途上の段階」が7
