1 )BMI 25 ㎏ /m2 以上の肥満群は乳類(モデル比0.3±0.4)及び緑黄色野菜(同0.4±0.3)の摂取頻度がBMI 25㎏ /m2 未満の非肥満群に比べて有意に低かった(いずれもp<0.05)。2)男性は緑黄色野菜(同0.5±0.4)及び果実類(同0.2±0.4)の摂取頻度が女性に比べて有意に低かった(p<0.05)。3 )全体として摂取頻度が高い項目は砂糖類であった。穀類や肉類・魚類・卵類・豆類・油類はモデルバランスに近い者が多く、乳類・緑黄色野菜・淡色野菜・果実類は摂取不足であった。\n結論:大学生の体格と食品材料摂取頻度には関連があり、肥満群は非肥満群に比べ乳類と緑黄色野菜の摂取頻度が少ないことが分かった。しかし、栄養バランスの偏りは、体格に関わらず共通でみられており、青年期の望ましい食習慣の確立に向けて、栄養バランスを重視した教育的アプローチを1
