Nurture Group Network を視察し、Nurture Groupの目的や活動内容、学校との連携や協働的な支援プログラム等に関して、情報収集し、その内容を検討した。NurtureGroupでは、教師とThe Nurture Group Networkから派遣されたスタッフが二人一組になり、「 社会的・情緒的・行動的に困難を抱える子ども達を支援すること」を目的に、12の取り組みを行っている。また、教室環境を家庭的な安心感を伴うように再構築し、養育修復経験ができるように、カリキュラムも工夫されていた。課題のある子どものサポートを、外部の民間団体が請け負うのではなく、学校に入って、教師と連携してアセスメントからカリキュラムの作成、実践の評価まで一緒に行うということは、有意義な実践であると考える。このようなプロセスを通じて、教師の子ども理解の視点は、確実に深まるであろう。Nurture Groupの取り組みから、日本の通常学級担任と通級教師との協働についても、まだまだ検討する必要があると感じた。また、子ども達の多様な教育的ニーズに応えられるような、専門的で組織的なシステムの構築や、支援を担当する教師の力量向上のための研修プログラムの開発等の必要を感じた。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_description_7":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"弘前医療福祉大学紀要,
