今回、男女54 人(平均年齢19.4 歳)を対象に調査を行った。GGCX遺伝子(SNP; R325Q, 974G>Ars699664)多型判定試験の結果は、GG型11 人(26.0%)、AA型3 人(6.0%)、GA型40 人(74.0%)で、AA型は、女性のみの検出であった。音響的骨評価値は、AA型が他の遺伝子型に比べて最も低かった。ビタミンKの不足状態を反映する低カルボキシルオステオカルシン(ucOC)の平均値は、GG型8.91 ng/ml(SD = 3.80)、AA型4.30 ng/ml(SD = 2.02)、GA型6.88 ng/ml(SD = 3.40)であった。その原因として、AA型は、ビタミンK摂取量(推定)が少ないことが考えられた。ビタミンKを補酵素とするGGCXの活性の指標となるucOC/OC比は、GG型 1.09(SD=0.30)、AA型 1.41(SD = 0.36)、GA型 1.21(SD =
