年次生の臨地実習での学習状況を明らかにし、実習指導の向上に役立てる。方法：看護系大学保健学部看護学科2 年次生32 名を対象に、臨地実習前後に自由記述式の自記式質問紙調査を実施した。得られた記述内容を「実習に対する思い」、「実習を通して感じたこと」という観点でカテゴリー化した。結果：対象者32 名中、実習前17 名（53.1％）、実習後21 名（65.6％）から回答が得られた。結論：実習前には期待と不安があった。直前に行った演習が影響し、看護過程、看護技術について関心が集中した。実習施設が広範囲に点在するため、移動距離による不公平感があった。実習後の結果から2年前期の知識で実習を展開することが困難であった可能性があり、達成感の少なさにつながっている可能性がある。一方、自身の成長を実感し充実感も得ている学生もおり、実習環境がかかわっている可能性が示唆された。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_description_7":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"弘前医療福祉大学紀要,
