Chain Reaction-Sequence Specific Primer Method)で行い、2 種類のリバースプライマー(8RAと8RG)を使用した。PCR反応条件を検討した結果、Sample 1 は8RAと8RG、Sample 2 は8RA、Sample 3 は8RGのプライマーによるバンドが検出された。またシークエンス解析の結果、標的とするGG型、AA型、GA型の塩基配列が確認できた。以上のことから、本方法はGGCX遺伝子多型判定試験の判別法として有効であることが証明された。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_description_7":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"弘前医療福祉大学紀要,
