年度以降、水銀血圧計から電子血圧計（テル\nモ電子血圧計H55）に変更になったことによる測定者の心理状況について、とりわけ血圧測定値の末尾\nを読むことに関する心理状況を明らかにすることを目的とした。測定に携わった看護師を対象とした聞き取り調査では、①水銀血圧計から自動血圧計に替わったこと\nで、測定値の記録の際の安心感が高まった、②水銀ではきりの良い数字（末尾0 ）に置き換えて読み記\n録することが自然であった、③測定者全般の思いを推察すると、水銀よりも自動のほうが正確であると\n思っているのではないだろうか、④水銀の時にも適切に読み記録していたので、自動になっても気持ち\nの変化は無い等の意見が得られた。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_description_7":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"弘前医療福祉大学紀要,
