年４月より設置が開始され、現在、５年を経過した地域包括支援センターは、包括的・継続的\nケアマネジメント支援業務や総合相談支援業務を円滑に実施していくため、地域の諸機関との間でネッ\nトワークを構築していくことが求められている。\n本研究では、直営型地域包括支援センターに社会福祉士の職名で配属されている職員がネットワー\nク構築についてどのように理解しているのかを明らかにするために聞き取り調査を行った。対象は、\n青森県Ａ地区の直営型地域包括支援センターにおいて、社会福祉士の職名で配属されている職員10 名\nである。\n結果、社会福祉士は、その専門性を活かした支援業務を展開していくことでネットワーク構築して\nいくという共通の認識をもっていた。その専門性を高めるのは、社会福祉士の共通基盤である権利擁\n護業務やソーシャルワーク実践を積み重ね、地域におけるネットワークを他専門職とともに構築して\nいくことであると示唆された。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_description_7":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"弘前医療福祉大学紀要,
