割に健康問題に関する回答があり、健康不安は継続していた。考　察：被災地は、復興が進んだとはいえ、過疎高齢化が急速に進み、健康不安を抱える住民は多い。移動手段も乏しい環境故に、保健師の訪問サービスのニーズは高いと考える。今後、過疎地の高齢者が地域で安心して暮らせる保健行政サービスの充実が求められる。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_description_7":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"弘前医療福祉大学紀要,
