自分の考え・思い・感情を上手く表現できないために,対人関係を上手く構築できない子どもが増えている。今回,コミュニケーションに多くの課題を抱えた小学2年生18 名に対し,コミュニケーションスキルトレーニングのプログラムを作成し,実践した。実施前のアセスメントでは,Q − U の結果,学級崩壊傾向が見られ,日常トラブルが絶えなかった。プログラムは,アサーショントレーニングを中心とした7時間の授業形式の一斉指導,効果を持続させるためのサポート的な取り組みである。授業では,筆者らが作成したワークシートをもとに,教師によるロールプレイ,グループ活動,児童たちによるロールプレイを多用した。7時間の授業の後,再度実施したQ − U
