名に対し，コミュニケーションスキルトレーニングのプログラムを作成し，実践した。実施前のアセスメントでは，Q − U の結果，学級崩壊傾向が見られ，日常トラブルが絶えなかった。プログラムは，アサーショントレーニングを中心とした７時間の授業形式の一斉指導，効果を持続させるためのサポート的な取り組みである。授業では，筆者らが作成したワークシートをもとに，教師によるロールプレイ，グループ活動，児童たちによるロールプレイを多用した。７時間の授業の後，再度実施したQ − U では，全員が学級満足群に入り，学力の向上もみられた。コミュニケーションスキルが向上することにより，対人関係に改善が見られ，学級満足感が増し，安定した人間関係が，より良い学習環境作りにも影響したものと考える。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_description_7":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"弘前医療福祉大学紀要,
