prefecture"}]},"item_3_biblio_info_8":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2023-03-30","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"1","bibliographicPageEnd":"23","bibliographicPageStart":"17","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"4","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"弘前医療福祉大学・弘前医療福祉大学短期大学部紀要"}]}]},"item_3_description_42":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Article"}]},"item_3_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"A県における認知症グループホーム（以下、GHとする。）の看取りの実態を明らかにすることを目的とした。調査は公益社団法人日本認知症GH協会Ａ県支部の144施設の管理者にアンケート調査を依頼した。調査項目は施設の概要、看取りケアの有無、医療との連携状況、入所者の通院と服薬状況、さらに自由記載で看取りの困難や家族への配慮を記入してもらった。調査内容は記述統計量を算出し、自由記載の内容は類似性に基づきカテゴリー化した。質問紙は86施設から回答を得て、78施設を分析対象とした。結果は、看取りを行っているGHは45施設（57.7%）だった。その中で往診ありが38施設（84.4%）、医療連携加算ありが39施設（86.7%）であった。通院の疾患として高血圧、心疾患が多かった。看取りの困難の内容は、【医療的行為実施の負担】【職員の不安】【看取りでの様々な見極めの困難】などの9 つのカテゴリーが形成された。家族への配慮の内容は、【主治医からの説明を含む密な状態報告】【家族への精神的ケア】【家族とともに過ごす時間の尊重】【本人と家族が望むケアの実施】【看取りの意思の再確認】の5 つのカテゴリーが形成された。看取りを行っている施設は、往診や医療連携加算を利用し、医療との連携を深め、看取りケアの充実を図る努力をしていると推測された。今後は看取りケア実践者の視点からより具体的な不安の内容を明らかにする必要がある。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_full_name_2":{"attribute_name":"著者(ヨミ)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{}],"names":[{"name":"フクオカ,
