名を対象にクッキング体験教室を開催し、教室の参加が父親の食事作りに及ぼす影響を明らかにした。クッキング体験教室の内容は、食育講座、調理、試食、片付けである。教室参加前後に質問紙調査による家事育児の実態を調査し、教室1カ月後のみインタビュー調査を実施し、その内容をカテゴリ分類した。教室に参加した父親全員がお風呂、着替え、保育園の送迎の育児を実施していた。家事は全員が実施している項目はなく、食事作りは2 名のみであった。父親の家事育児の実態は【育児休暇中の母親中心の家事育児】から生活スタイルの変化により【夫婦で協力した家事育児】【自分が出来る範囲での家事育児】を実施していた。食事作りは【母親が食事作りの担当】だが、【子どもの食生活の関心】があり【出来る範囲で簡単にできる食事作り】を実践していた。教室後は【料理と母親の大変さの実感】【栄養バランスを意識した調理方法の獲得】【食事作りの楽しさと意欲の高まり】がみられた。一方、【多忙のため教室参加後も食事作りに変化がない】といった課題も明らかとなった。従って、父親のクッキング体験教室の参加は栄養バランスを踏まえた調理方法の獲得や食事作りの意欲につながることから、家庭における父親の食事作りの参加に向けた効果が期待される。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_full_name_2":{"attribute_name":"著者(ヨミ)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{}],"names":[{"name":"タカセ,
