名、介護福祉士14 名に、職務継続の要因について聞き取り調査を行い、そのうちの職業選択動機について分析した結果を、職種別に比較した。分析の結果抽出された７概念から、関連性のある内容を結び付け「家族の影響」「看護・介護の体験」「自立のための資格取得」「テレビ番組の影響」の４カテゴリーが生成された。これらのうち「看護・介護の体験」「自立のための資格取得」は、看護師と介護福祉士間での相違はみられなかった。「家族の影響」は、看護師では「家族や親族が医療・福祉関係者」「家族の病気や障害」の２概念、介護福祉士では「お年寄りが好き」を加えた３概念で構成された。また「テレビ番組の影響」は看護師のみで、介護福祉士にはみられなかった。両職種の違いは、社会における周知度の差が一因であると考えられた。また両職種ともに、体験の機会等、情報提供の大切さが示唆された。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_description_7":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"弘前医療福祉大学紀要,
