を用い「シミュレーション教育」「学生」「成人」「救急」「救命」をキーワードとし、看護師養成課程7 件、救急救命士養成課程3 件の計10文献を分析対象とした。対象学年、演習目的、教育内容、方法、結果と課題について項目ごとに集計し分析した。演習目標はどちらもアセスメントや連携に関するものが多く、学生が実際には経験できないが臨床では遭遇する可能性がある場面を再現し、変化する状況の中での迅速な判断や連携を学ぶためにBLS・災害・急変時シミュレーションが行われていた。違いとして、救急救命士養成課程では技術の確実な習得を目指したシミュレーションが報告されていたが、看護師養成課程では技術の正確さよりも急変場面における看護師としての意識付けが重視される傾向にあった。合同シミュレーションの実施に当たってはまず互いの専門職役割の相互理解から始め、その上で災害・急変時の連携や情報伝達のスキルを学ばせる必要があり、多職種が関わる場面を想定した状況設定と各養成課程に求められる技術レベルに応じた目標設定により心理的負担や緊張感を和らげるような工夫が必要と示唆された。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_full_name_2":{"attribute_name":"著者(ヨミ)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{}],"names":[{"name":"フクシ,
