～11月に、医学中央雑誌、KAKEN、J-stage、CiNii、PubMedの検索エンジンにて、キーワードをレクリエーションとして抽出・絞り込みを行い、2001～2020年に発行された34論文を検討した。対象者の年齢は子どもから高齢者であり、脳外傷、脳卒中、脳血管性とアルツハイマー型認知症を含む認知機能障害及び失語症患者が対象とされ、健常者とレクリエーションの効果に関する比較実験も報告された。\n　結果から、脳外傷者はレクリエーションを通して笑い、楽しいと感じて、前頭前野を刺激して対象者の認知機能を向上させ、自らの病状の自覚を促し対人関係の改善につながる効果があると報告された。二重課題の効果は、認知症の高齢者が椅子に座り指を折りながら数を数える論文と、脳卒中患者間の実験で歩行と転倒認知運動の干渉を軽減させるという論文があった。一方で、脳卒中患者と健常者の歩行と二重課題の比較実験で脳卒中患者は前頭前野の活性が優位に低かった報告があり転倒のリスクが示された。\n　高次脳機能障害者の多様性を考慮し安全で適切なレクリエーションを実施することで、前頭前野を刺激し認知機能と身体機能及び社会性も維持、改善する可能性が示唆された。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_full_name_2":{"attribute_name":"著者(ヨミ)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{}],"names":[{"name":"イタガキ,
