～ 6月に、医学中央雑誌、KAKEN、J-stage、CiNii、PubMed の検索エンジンにて、キーワードを囲碁・GOgameとして抽出・絞り込みを行い、1980～2019年に発行された32論文の内容を検証した。対象者の年代は子供から高齢者であり、健常者の他、発達障害を持つ子どもや脳卒中・認知機能障害患者が対象とされ、囲碁経験の有無による比較実験が行われた文献もみられた。結果より、囲碁を打つことは脳の運動前野、頭頂内溝および左頭頂内横断と後頭横溝の接合部付近の視覚域や多くの皮質野の活性化を導くことにつながり、高齢者の認知機能の改善、視覚性作業記憶・注意・実行機能が向上する効果があるとされた。これらの効果は対局、つまり人との交流を持つことでより高まるとの報告も得られた。高次脳機能障害者には日中の活動場所の確保などの課題があるが、効果的な囲碁の指導方法を工夫しつつ囲碁交流会を開催することは居場所づくりや人との交流の機会の増加、脳のトレーニングにつながり、高次脳機能障害者の一助になると考えられる。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_full_name_2":{"attribute_name":"著者(ヨミ)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{}],"names":[{"name":"キムラ,
