月27日～11月8 日の期間に、18～20歳の大学生14名を対象者とし、室温24～26℃、湿度50～60％に維持された実習室内のベッド上に静臥し実施した。血流測定にはレーザードップラー血流計を、解析にはPower Labシステムを使用した。上肢血流量は、左中指指腹部（末梢）と左肘窩外側（中枢）に、下肢血流量は、左中趾指腹部（末梢）と左下腿前面外側（中枢）に、プローブを固定し連続して観察した。いずれも、清拭車で加温し固く絞って表面温度43℃のタオルで、中枢から末梢へ（以下清拭方向A）、末梢から中枢へ（以下清拭方向B）、それぞれ3 往復拭き、その間および清拭後の血流を連続して観察した。\n清拭前末梢血流量の平均値を1 とし、清拭後の血流量比を1 秒ごとに算出し、上下肢の清拭の方向別に、Mann-Whitneyの検定（有意水準1 ％）を行った。その結果、末梢血流量比は、上肢では、清拭開始後16・19秒時点でA方向で、5・10・16・27・28秒時点でB方向で有意に高く、下肢では、清拭開始後4 ・38秒時点でA 方向で、14・20・41秒時点でB
