College"}]}]},"item_3_description_42":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Article"}]},"item_3_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"【はじめに】近年、日本における災害の発生状況として、水害、土砂災害、地震、大雪、噴火など自然災害における被害状況が多く、特に地震においては被害が大きい。このような災害に対して米国の救助技術を国内に導入しようと検討がなされているが運用までにはいたっていない。\n【目的】本研究は、救助訓練の経験のない学生群と現役の消防吏員である消防群を対象として、USAR技術の一つであるショアリングの教育効果について比較検討することを目的とした。\n【方法】対象者は、学生群30名、消防群27名の合計57を対象であった。学生群、消防群ともに講義室内においてショアリングの基礎理論や作成要領を学習した後、USAR救命救助実習棟においてショア・アッセンブリー・チームを編成しＴポスト・ショアを作成した。\n【結果】両群ともにショアリング活動前後で、ショアリング習熟度に変化がみられた。この習熟度の変化とは、ショアリングの知識・理解を示していることが示唆された。\n【結論】学生群、消防群ともにショアリング活動前では習熟度は低く、ショアリング活動後では習熟度が高くなる傾向を示した。よって、このようなショアリング教育を行うことで、知識の理解が深まることがわかった。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_full_name_2":{"attribute_name":"著者(ヨミ)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{}],"names":[{"name":"チバ,
