モンダイテン"}]},"item_3_biblio_info_8":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2010-03-17","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"1","bibliographicPageEnd":"66","bibliographicPageStart":"59","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"1","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"弘前医療福祉大学紀要"}]}]},"item_3_description_42":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Article"}]},"item_3_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"初期段階の学生が看護教育で学んだコミュニケーション技術を臨地実習でどのように活用しているかを分析し、その効果と問題点を明らかにすることを目的とした。看護大学生59名を対象に、30項目5段階尺度からなる上野の「コミュニケーション技術評価スケール」を使用し、実習前(演習後)・実習後の技術評価項目分析を行った。また学生の記録から、コミュニケーション技術の活用と困難さについて内容分析を行った。その結果、技術評価項目分析では各項目とも実習後に評価値が上昇し、30項目中18項目で有意差がみられ、実習による効果が大きいことが明らかになった。内容分析では、実習でのコミュニケーション技術の活用不足・困難さとして、沈黙への対応や話題の提供・展開などが抽出された。様々な患者に対し、的確なコミュニケーション技術を適応していくためにはSP(simulated
