activities"}]},"item_3_alternative_title_22":{"attribute_name":"タイトル（ヨミ）","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_alternative_title":"ヤガイ　キャンプ　カウドウ　ニ　オケル　ショクイク　キョウイク　コウカ　ニ　カンスル　コウサツ"}]},"item_3_biblio_info_8":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2016-03-15","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"1","bibliographicPageEnd":"34","bibliographicPageStart":"27","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"4","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"弘前医療福祉大学短期大学部紀要"}]}]},"item_3_description_42":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Article"}]},"item_3_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"　幼稚園期から中学卒業までにおいて、健全な食生活の実践をすることにより、豊かな人間性をはぐくむことは極めて重要である。しかしながら、子どもの食をめぐっては、食事のバランスが悪く栄養の偏りが見られる。また、朝食の欠食、思春期におけるやせの増加など、問題は多様化、生涯にわた\nる健康への影響が懸念されている。厚生労働省の報告によれば、親の世代においても食事づくりに関する必要な知識や技術を十分有していないとのことであり、親子のコミュニケーションの場となる食卓において家族そろって食事をする機会の減少もしており、問題の深刻さが窺われる。\n　これらの問題に対応するため、テントやバンガローの狭い空間で、食を通じた家族の関わり、仲間や地域との関わりを深め、子どもの健やかな心と身体の発達を促すことをねらいとして野外キャンプを勧めたいと考えて考察を試みた。キャンプには食育だけでなく、家族や仲間との絆、創造力の向上、草花、昆虫などの知識を養成し、さらには防災対策としても防災後の生活に欠かせない自然の中での生き抜く力、つまりサバイバル力を強める効用がある。\n　近年オートキャンパーの減少が課題化してきた。アウトドアーブーム1996年には1,580万人のピーク\nを迎えたが、2012年には720 万人に減少、その後750万人まで回復しているがピークに比べ大幅に減少している。よって本稿においては食育のみならず野外キャンプの持つ総合力についても考察を進める。食育の観点からは、朝食の現状とその意義と課題について、そして野外キャンプの観点からも意義と課題に注目していく。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_description_7":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"弘前医療福祉大学短期大学部紀要,
