年11 月1 日に採択され、2006 年4 月1日に施行された。　これは、高齢者虐待の問題が近年表面化し、重大な社会問題とみなされ始めたことに関連している。介護保険制度によって創成されたケアマネジメントシステムの機能によって、この問題に対する支援・予防・援助をどのように実践していくべきなのか、在宅介護支援センターが地域で高齢者の生活支援に向けたネットワークシステムを構築していくための課題は何なのか、早急に検討されなければならない。　本稿では、厚生労働省がまとめた「家庭内における高齢者虐待に関する調査」と青森県において行わ\nれた高齢者の虐待調査結果を比較しながら全国の実態と青森県の実態にみられる共通性と相違性を検討し、ケアマネジメントの機能と関連させつつ、在宅介護支援センターにおけるケアマネジメントのあり方について考察する。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_description_7":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"弘前医療福祉大学短期大学部紀要,
