点嗜好法で行い、結果は統計的に分析した。アンケートはだしの嗜好と食生活の関わり、食への意識、濃い味への嗜好性、幼少期の食生活とその後の嗜好との関わりについての内容で行った。\n その結果、だしの嗜好試験では味噌汁において天然素材のだしと「だしのもと」の間に有意水準5 %で嗜好差があり、「だしのもと」が好まれることがわかった。アンケートでは「だしのもと」を家庭で使う割合は74.0%、頻度は「よく使う」が62.0%、「時々使う」が24.0%で合わせて86.0%となり、普段の食生活での使用頻度が高いほどその旨味への嗜好が強くなることを示していると考えられた。また幼少期の食事がその後の嗜好に影響することが示され、その意味で現在の子供たちの食生活と味覚を養っていくことが根本的な食生活の改善に必要である。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_description_6":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"p.50は本文がありません。","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_7":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"弘前医療福祉大学短期大学部紀要,
