カラ"}]},"item_3_biblio_info_8":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2010-03-17","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"1","bibliographicPageEnd":"30","bibliographicPageStart":"23","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"1","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"弘前医療福祉大学紀要"}]}]},"item_3_description_42":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Article"}]},"item_3_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究の目的は、看護・介護従事者の認知症の知識、ケアの内容の理解度と今後の課題を考えることである。対象は、Ａ県Ｍ法人に所属する看護・介護従事者159名である。方法は、認知症に関する90分の講義後、43項目の理解度と自由記載の自記式質問紙による調査を実施した。結果は、各質問項目の自己評価は高い得点を示した。職種と認知症ケアの有無との関連に有意差が見られた。さらに、認知症ケアの有無と認知症の病名、初期症状、日常生活との関連に有意差が認められた。また、職種と認知症の経過に合わせた対応との関連においても有意差がみられた。質問項目において有意差の見られた内容は、ケアに関するものではなく、知識とアセスメントであった。以上のことから、日頃のケア体験や知識が基盤にあり理解力が高かった。これは専門職である受講生の職場環境、学習環境が近接していることによると考えられた。また、今後も引き続き認知症の研修を系統立てて学習する機会を設ける必要がある。認知症者が増加する中で、ケアをしている家族に対しても、専門職である看護・介護従事者の果たす今後の役割は大きいと考える。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_description_7":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"弘前医療福祉大学紀要.
