年生は、1・2 年生よりもコミュニケーション・スキルが高いという仮説を立てて検証した。対象は、\n作業療法学専攻1～4 年生164名とし、コミュニケーション・スキル尺度ENDCORs を用いて評価した。\n評価時の臨床実習経験は1 年生と2 年生は未経験、3 年生は評価実習2 回、4 年生は評価実習と総合臨\n床実習の計4 回経験している。調査の有効回答は94.5％（164名中155名）で、学年間の比較の結果「共\n感性」と「柔軟性」が1 年生に比べて3 年生が低く、「関係維持」「管理系スキル」「対人スキル」が1 年\n生に比べて4 年生が有意に低かった。臨床実習では、相手を理解し、受け入れながらも治療者として\n立案したプログラムを実施してもらえるように説明を行わなければならない。しかし、患者は年齢も\n立場も異なり、精神的・身体的状態は様々である。学生がこれまで接する機会の少なかった相手との\nコミュニケーションにおいて、自身のスキルの未熟さを実感したため実習を経験した学年において自\n己評価が低くなったと推察された。これらのことから、臨床で求められるコミュニケーション・スキルと学内環境で自身が認識しているスキルとの間には大きなずれが生じている可能性が示唆された。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_description_7":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"弘前医療福祉大学紀要,
